“Overall the website does a good job explaining the functionality of the device overall and the advantages it carries over similar devices. I do wish it did a more thorough job of explaining the details of use, including videos on how to use.”

“The company responds very fast to any questions submitted to their site. Very pleased with that. Only complaint is their instructions should be shipped with the unit. Don't sell it until we get the proper instructions. Still don't know where to put the lead on the leg or chest. I now they are addressing this now.”

“I have had a problem with my EKGraph since Sept. 14, 2019. I submitted that information to the Help Desk on that date and received a response on Sept. 16 with instructions on how to correct the problem I was having with syncing the information to my smart phone (there had never been a prior to then). The "fix" did not work and I relayed that info back to SonoHealth on Sept. 16 and three more times since then. It is now Sept. 21 and still no response. I have not been contacted about this issue since the initial response on Sept. 16. This is unacceptable customer service and it seems to me that SonoHealth does not care. I am going to get another device but not from SonoHealth.”

“My order arrived fairly quickly and the product was very nicely packaged. The website is well organized so the ordering was easy and also there is a community forum and there is also a place to download software for the product. EKGraph easy to use and a lifesaver.”

“My contact with SonoHealth is through the purchase of their EKG monitoring device and the APP that reads and stores the results. All I can say is they deliver on 100% of their promises. It arrived when they said it would and it does what they claimed. The APP is straightforward and easy to use. They will even store the results for you as long as you want. The product is solid, very portable and I was doing an EKG in my home 20 minutes after I received it. Highly recommended.”

“Sonohealth has given me peace of mind and control over the readings of my heart issues. The customer service is on point and they are over all a company I trust with my health. Past companies have been greedy and even though you buy the device they charge you a monthly fee to use equipment you paid for and conviently after the warently is up it magically stopped working. With Sonohealth you pay for your equipment and you own it and that’s it. It does what it says it does with no funny business.”

“The SonoHealth EKGraph is a lot like the other look alike's except for the bluetooth data transfer. That makes it very easy to save the data to your phone, print or email. The reports printed are very similar to the others. The reports are more for your information, my cardiologist didn't even really look at them. The PC software is the same as the others, PM10.exe. Battery life is excellent, i make sure i shut the unit off after every use instead of letting it shut down on its own. The EKGraph is an excellent tool for people who what to know.”
