I was in the habit of taking my forehead temperature since the beginning of Covid-19 but had to record the data in a small notebook. I ordered this thermometer with Wi-Fi that would record it on my cell phone. But when I tried to do it I was lead to a site that wanted to enroll me in a music buying site. I already have iTunes. Also, the site automatically had me enrolled in another music site. I could not find a way to download the app to my iPhone—my only reason for buying another thermometer! I’m frustrated and angry that this has happened, Additionally the very small print size of the instruction sheet makes it impossible for me to read.

I was so excited to get this. But then the package got lost and had to wait even longer for them to find it and send a new one. But then when we got it. It would die after every single use. It's frustrating bc I was told other great things and it just wasn't what we thought it would be. My kids have to have the charger plugged in the entire time now. I am not pleased. Would love to try another to see if ours is a defect.

I received this last week followed the directions used it twice and now the lights come on but it will not blow out any medicine

Charging port broken. Love the unit itself but would like to know what to do. Repairs anywhere??

Finally got around to giving me the promised refund although it took social media posting to get action. Heard form their "Happiness Engineer". Nice woman. We'll see if refund is actually credited. Product is subject to what seems to me to be connectivity issues. The Kardia sensors don't seemingly have that issue. The Sonos "dry skin" contact problem that causes them to include a gel in the product packaging is peculiar and not mentioned in their promotion. Strange and a misleading. Nicest thing I can say is that they are trying. Perhaps subsequent versions of this product will be better. Dr. Peter Sprague

I bought this device about a month ago. It worked great! Synced with my phone and worked well. I gave a five star review. Then things went bad. Could not log in to sync, their app was down for a long time. When it came up, would not take my password. Promised to send a link to my email to reset, but after numerous tries I gave up, The code never came. So I cannot sync with my phone, have no record for my doctor, and cannot log in. I sent two "help desk tickets," sent an email and tried to call. I want my money back. :-( (or at least an email reply from them).

Said that it detects PVCs it does not detect my PVC's at all whether I have one or two or am in bigeminy. That's why I needed it, so it doesn't work for me at all.
