“It's a nice little at home device. I knocked it a star for two reasons: Even the lowest volume setting is still very loud, and the alarm function is INCREDIBLY ANNOYING. I read the manual and I cannot find a way to turn the alarm off. It takes a minute to find the heartbeat, so the alarm is constantly going off - it's set to go off when no heartbeat is present. In the early stages of pregnancy the alarm STILL goes off after you find the heartbeat, because it's also set to go off at anything above 160bpm.”
