“You asked again, so here goes. No response to my inquiry through support regarding missing items in my order. The only communication I have received has been requests for reviews-and that obviously through an unmonitored, automated email, as my replies offering positive reviews after an explanation were ignored. So, if this is actually read, I'd be happy to discuss (again) the reason for missing items from my order.”

“Love the Disney and Warner Brothers craft kits! Items in the S&T store are also high quality. Was dismayed to find that the glue had leaked though and we may not have sufficient glue to complete our Pollypop set. That was the only bummer. They do have an avenue to report significant leakage but still a bit troublesome. Overall still a good experience.”
