“Very fast delivery and amazing products received! Ordered two Ocean4 bracelets. At the time, the official Ocean4 website was doing buy one get one free, but didn’t want to order from the USA. Would be nice to see Soul Hippy mimic the official website. But very happy and will purchase again. Thank you :)”

Hi Agatha, I'm very sorry that you've experienced a delay in delivery of your package - while we have seen increased delivery times due to COVID-19, two weeks is way beyond what we'd find acceptable. You should have received a shipping confirmation when your bracelet was sent out on 13th April, if not I'm sorry - I'll have to raise that with the web team to find out why not.
