“I had loads of questions I needed answering before committing to buy a bell tent - it's a big purchase! SoulPad's website is excellent, packed with advice for a novice canvas camper, and they returned my calls promptly with answers to my specific questions about tent drying. They then dispatched my tent incredibly quickly, even though we'd spoken on the phone after their cut off for next day delivery, and the tent was with us before 10am the next day. Fantastic service and so far, what seems like a fantastic tent. We've only put it up for one night to test it out (and haven't slept in it yet!) but the instructions are very full and clear. Camping for real next weekend and we can't wait!”

“Contacted the team at short notice to arrange a visit to the showroom which never seemed an issue to them. Upon arrival, the help we received was fantastic and we couldn't be happier with the service we received! Can't wait to use our purchase at the end of the Month!!”

We had those poles dropped by parachute from a specially adapted rocket programmed with your GPS location. Because we love a challenge. Not really. Glad to hear your order arrived safely and speedily. Thanks for letting us know!

“Ordering was a great experience with lots of product information with photos, delivery was quick and on time. Only thing I'd say is that the delivery person left the package, obvs pretty big, in-between bins outside my front door, it could have easily been nicked, I would have preferred for it to be taken to the local Royal Mail collection point. Really good experience overall though.”

Unfortunately we don't own our own courier company but if we did it would probably be the best courier company in the world.

“Not the correct ringlock as seen in the photo,you have to screw it on. As the picture describes it is a clasp.......very dissapointing”

One star? Seriously, one star because the photo doesn't match the description? Did you call us, or return the locking ring? Oh well, if that's really how you feel... ...Sorry you were so disappointed with your product. We will try harder next time, we always do. That's why we're so grateful for your feedback. “The products eventually were good, but Soulpad twice failed to deliver what I ordered, which was very frustrating and although I eventually got what I ordered the aggravation was all mine and there was no compensation or concern for the problem caused. I am not sure I would trust them again .”

“We had looked at a few different Bell tents but came to visit Soul Pads beautiful showroom. Isobel was so brilliant and helped us pick out the right size. We used it for the first time this weekend and absolutely loved it!! We have never enjoyed camping so much, the tent was so simple to put up and had so much room that we could just relax in. Thank you.”

“Today I have set up my 3m SoulPad hybrid ... i did it single handed! I very anxious prior to setting it up as I have brought the tent to stay in solo, over 3 festivals this summer and didn't want my dream to back fire as I couldn't set it up! But fortunately I have found it ok, there is some fine tuning I need to get right with ensuring the ground sheet it evenly laid out. But I believe with a little practice I will be on to a perfect errection! Feels very good quality and is totally as I expected it to be from the add. Glad to be part of the Soul pad posse”
