“Needed a SoulPad 5000 hybrid in a hurry for sons birthday party - delivered next day as requested. Great service by phone and email to keep us up-to-date. Easy to assemble (the instructions seemed more complicated than the actual 'erection' to me). 6 X 11 years olds all with either single or double airbeds all fitted inside comfortably and had a great time. Looks great, well designed and well made - makes a change these days. Keep up the good work SoulPad!”

“I love my new tent! My SoulPad 3000-ultralite bell tent is still light enough for me to travel on the train with (on a trolley), it has plenty of room inside for one person and luggage. I can put it up single handed, it was warm enough and dry. The opening wasn't too low to stoop and I could stand upright in the middle. I hadn't camped for a couple of years and my last experience wasn't brilliant as the tent I used was very low, cold and cramped. This was a big investment for me to be able to continue camping into my 60s and I am very happy with it.”

“The customer service is second to none and Zoe could have not been more helpful if she tried. I have not encountered customer service as good as this in years. And the tent ? ...... Well it is as good as the customer service and we are loving it x”

“Its a fantastic tent - I can put it up on my own. There is loads of space inside. My only problem and this is a personal one is that I have trouble repacking! I would recommend Soulpad and this tent whole heartedly.”

So pleased you're happy Carolyne. You'll get the hang of repacking. The canvas bag is extra big to accommodate the tent so this bit should be a piece of cake, but getting everything back in the car in the same order it came out is always tricky!
