“I’d managed to order what turned out to be the incorrect cables for my pedalboard’s power supply when ordering online! It was a Sunday so the shop was closed at the time so I emailed to ask for alternative cables in the hope of stopping the original order from going through. I received a phone call immediately on the following morning from the guys at Sounds Great Music - I think it was a guy named Danny - and he had seen my email and left me a voicemail confirming that he had stopped the order going through. But Danny also said that he suspected that I had managed to order the incorrect cables on my second attempt too. To my disbelief and embarrasment Danny was correct! So we ammended the order easily for a third time and the correct cables landed in my post the following day. There’s no substitute for a friendly and helpful person in this day and age of faceless, automated services. Thanks Danny and Sounds Great Music!”

“Great shop, lovely staff. Lets hope these old fashioned values combined with modern ways of doing business will win through because I for one enjoyed the experience. I purchased a keyboard for my 13 year old son. I haven't got a clue about music but the staff were brill and made the whole experience first class. Thank you.”
