“I have been a customer for some 30 years. This is a superb company and their standards of customer service are excellent. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and always wiling to help in whatever way they can. “Amazing experience!\nI had questions before ordering so I gave them a phone call and the person on the phone was friendly and really helpful. \nThe guitar announced in stock was actually in stock and ready to ship (which is rare with online retailers)\nMy guitar was dispatched fast and arrived at my house quickly. \nI was updated throuhout the entire process which is always a plus!\n\nThe guitar was properly packaged (double boxed), well protected and as described.\n\nI had several bad experiences with other online instruments retailers over the last 2 months and I can truely say that Sounds Great Music has been the most efficient and best quality service out there!\n\nI strongly recommend ordering from them if ordering an instrument online and will definitely shop with them again in the future! 5 stars”
