“I checked the SG website and the product I wanted was flagged as out of stock. But on the off chance that the site was out of date, I phoned the shop to find that it was in fact in stock. SG could have lost my purchase if I had looked elsewhare.\nPhone contact was fine when checking stock, ordered via website and delivery spot on the day promised. Would use SG again if price and stock ok.”

“The service was excellent during the online purchase and responding to my inquiries was rapid and precise. It was very easy to shop online in Soundsgreatmusic.com. It took a week to deliver my order but I suppose it was due the Fed Ex logistics. The guitar I bought was in excellent condition and sounds superb. However the set up could have been better made, but there was no major problems.”
