“An excellent shop with pleasant, informative staff who are keen to help and prepared to order whatever music you need. The only difficulty is parking sometimes, but there isn't anything the staff can do about that. Thank you for your continued attention with all the music I purchase for my pupils.”

“Never feel rushed when trying guitars - the guys in store are happy to let you take time trying out different ones and get to a decision in your own time. They always make the effort to help and provide answers to any questions. Have been customer for a few years now and everyone's always helpful. Recommend them highly.”

“I was very pleased with the courtesy and patience shown towards me on my latest purchase; I had some reservations about the gear I was going to use for the MacPherson Pagan guitar, if I bought it. There was no need to worry though, as they demonstrated the guitar to me with replica kit! I purchased this guitar and can honestly say it is brilliant! Can safely recommend Sounds Great to anyone, young or old.”
