“I used your business because you use Royal Mail as your courier.\nThe reason for this is that our household is usually at work when the mail is delivered. I can get to their sorting office okay, but other couriers often have weird and wonderful collection methods when no-one is at home. This often poses a problem to me.\nAlso, delivery to work is not a very good option for me.\n\nI would like to say that you gave a perfect service.\nThank you very much to all of your staff.\nBest regards,\n***.”
