“Hi, Really disappointed with Souqalmal... when i purchase the policy your representative mention i can save AED 1300/- which they will provide as gift voucher but i asked him regarding details of vouchers , and terms and condition which he did not mention but he said you can redeem , when i recieved this voucher i found it is useless .... which we cannot redeem directly..”

“I applied online, and I got an email that my car insurance is ready, when I went to register the car the insurance policy wasn't uploaded in RTA system! and it after 6pm and I couldn't get help from Souqalmal! Then I found out that it wasn't uploaded because I didn't have a file number in Dubai, so why nobody told me they had problems in uploading the policy because of the file number? I could've sorted out the issue without delays. However next day support was ok.”

“The way my account was handled is poor and it got resolved only when me talking to union insurance to revise the price. The sales team is weak, slow and ditched my calls and emails”

“After providing all docs and making the payment, Souqalmal team informs me that they cannot process the policy. Now i have to wait for the refund and then apply again thru some other insurer. Although your team was quick enough for providing me the feedback. However, my first experience was not good. You guys should check in advance whether the policy can be processed or not. It was a waste of my time. Regards”
