"My 15 yr old son ordered a set of new cranks that were almost $100 out of money that he worked very hard for. He installed them and then installed his new pedals on them, all under my supervision. Took the bike around the block and by the time he got back the crank arm had stripped out where the pedal attaches. Contacted customer service and they told me that because it was not professionally installed that they would not warranty it. Pretty sh*tty if you ask me considering there is nowhere on their website that states that. Planned on spending a couple thousand there to build a show bike but will go somewhere else now.\r\n\r\nDate of experience: January 01, 2025"
