“Hi guys u people have a wide range of collections but if the colour varies then it's a problem from ur end n u should not charge the delivery cost”

Hello Simran, We apologize that our product did not satisfy your expectations. We make every effort to photograph the fabrics so as to capture their natural color. However, due to factors not in our control, the color that you see on your screen may vary from the real color of the fabric. As per our return policy, you can courier the parcel to us. In case you want us to pick up the parcel a token reverse shipping fee of ₹ 100 will be deducted from the fabric cost. For any further queries, please WhatsApp us on 8141022000. “Fabric got delivered in a very long time, fabric seemed very different than pictures, the print is very dull, pictures were very edited on the website, the print seemed dark and sharp, in real its dull and colors seems different too”

Hello Renuka, We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations. As per our standard delivery period, it generally takes 5-8 working days after dispatch. Dispatch generally takes within 2/3 working days after placing the order. We make every effort to photograph the fabrics so as to capture their natural color. However, due to factors not in our control, the color that you see on your screen may vary from the real color of the fabric. You can expect slightly odd-even in the hand-block printed fabrics. As per the telephonic conversation, we have arranged the reverse pick up for you which will be picked up within 2/3 working days. You can WhatsApp us on 8141022000 next time whenever you are ordering so that we can guide you regarding the fabrics. We would appreciate another chance to earn your business.
