“Cotton material is not looking like a quality product...pure cotton look isnmissing”

It has a greater thickness than cotton and a distinct feel. However, if you are not satisfied, as per our return policy, you can courier the fabric back to us, and we will refund you the fabric cost. “Excellent quality materials, super soft cottons, delivered in pristine condition. All products match the description on website. Only drawback is that delivery takes over 10 days, so please work on improving the delivery experience.”

“Loved your artisnal fabric range and was happy to see both quality and colour true to image. But delivery time is a dampner. Also ,quick updates on the status of delivery keeps the customer engaged.”
