“Quality of the product which I have ordered is very very poor and it is costing too atleast for this product, I will never purchase anything from source it right as in market there are many options on cheaper rate are available”

“At some instances ,price seems to be so pricey.when compared with same stuff in the other sites ,price have significant difference.we would also prefer some discounts for your regular customers like us.By offering such discounts we will be more loyal to u and infact u seems to consider all ur customers same without taking into account their previous purchase or shopping frequency.”

“I bought on sale items since buying for first time. Material quality is as per the pricing. However I find one of the materials is quite transparent. All clothes are pure cotton. Satisfied with the purchase.”

“I had the misfortune of purchasing material which I can't use because the description was wrong. When you check the order, you should clarify with the client what is purpose of purchase and recommend the appropriate material that the customer needs. The customer can only see the colour of the fabric and the description that "you" provide. He cannot feel the fabric figure out the the texture and finish.Once the order is placed you should call the customer and clarify the purpose for which it is being purchased. Give the customer an option to call you regarding this matter if he/she wishes to do so.”

“The delivery of the cloth I purchased was fine, and the cloth itself looked good - as in the photograph. But the cloth kept leaking colour even after 20-25 rinses (after the initial soaking in salt water). There was a strong smell of dye also before the many rinses.”
