“Express shipping charged at $25 to ship a single coat took an entire month to arrive. I reached out early on as I noticed the tracking wasn't moving. Someone acknowledged the email but never followed up or attempted to resolve the issue.”

Hi Daniel, Hi Daniel, This seems so unlike us so I investigated. Yes, your parcel took an unusually long 14 days from Queensland to WA, particularly as we shipped it Express with Australia Post the very day after getting your order on the night of 3 August. We did follow up with Australia Post but have failed to get back to you after getting no response from them. For this we are so sorry. I'm glad you've found the coat to be a 'decent' one as you say and hope you get good wear from your cuffed lab coat. Our team is going to be in touch with you to organise a refund on your postage and to see if there is anything else we can do to help. I'm so sorry we've let you down in not keeping you abreast of our efforts to track down your parcel with Australia Post. We do and always will try to do our best for our customers and hope you will give us another chance to do better for you. Marnie

“Fantastic quality lab coats, even better than I expected. I ordered both black and white classic fit labcoats. The sizing is a bit out (the actual garment measurements were 3-4cm smaller than the website stated around the chest, both in the small and medium sizing) but the communication was excellent, no hassle with returns (I didn't have embroidery done though) and I obtained larger size replacements which fitted perfectly, plus they assured me they will review their website size chart. I would definitely use Source SBG again.”

“Happy with colour, but arms were small and we need to buy all the larger type sizes (typical M needs XL). Also to be frank, the quality was a bit questionable. Studs came loose/off first time wearing... Fit for purpose, but you get what you pay for...”

“Lab Coat Co. I found on line and placed an order. I got a call from a representative saying they had been working with a member of our organisation ( who was on extended leave) and would email her contact details so we can get a bulk order sorted with a good price. This was 30 March and I have still not heard back.”
