“I placed an order on May 12, 2024 for a t-shirt. It's been 50 days and I still haven't received the item nor a refund. What makes it even worse is that the company will not respond to me. I have tried numerous times to reach out via email, messenger and have left voicemails. No one at the company answers the phone. I would give zero stars. I have contacted the BBB and also filed a claim with my bank due. I do not recommend shopping at Southern Fried Chics unless you want your money stolen.”

“I have enjoyed southern fried chicks for years and they are always bringing in new fun clothes. I appreciate when they have size XL in clothes and not just S M and L. They can be pricy so I try to wait until the item I want is on sale if they still have my size.”

“I shopped with SFC for years now and I had always had excellent customer service. The past few times, CSR will not answer phones in which we have to rely on emails. I sent out an email right after placing an order, and I needed to make a change. They first AUTO responded they rec'd my email, then I never heard back until I got my order and I got the wrong dress size. I dont know if it's because SFC is growing so fast that they cannot keep up with customer service, so as long as their orders go out, but Customer Service should be an IMPORTANT part of the business, and I am skeptical in continue to purchase with SFC. At first, I would get great customer service and spoke to the sweet ladies there, now, it's all about emails and dropped calls. SFC makes me now feel like a number, and not a person to them, like they used to make me feel.”

“Can't love enough!! I wish they'd continue to carry wide calf boots, but I love everything I've purchased so far. Recently I got the sparkly black body suit and it's INCREDIBLE. I'm telling you, I feel like Shania. I typically wear a 2x or size 20 and this fits like a GLOVE. It's beautiful, comfortable, and so flattering. Literally in love.”
