“So sad. Really wanted to love this boutique, but their sizing is NOT consistent. I purchased 3 different dresses from this boutique, all in size small. Each of the dresses dit me differently. I am usually between a xs - small, I am 5’5, 130lbs, athletic build. Here are the dresses I purchased and they way they fit me: 1. Enchanted nights sequins dress - fit me like a large and was WAY too long 2. Bridal ivory off shoulder fit me perfectly 3. Midnight blush dress - fit me like a medium and is WAY too long Sad part is, I am stuck with the midnight blush dress bc they’re not restocking xs and it was on sale. So now I have to either sell it or get it altered. Then, I can only receive store credit for the enchanted nights dress. I would have happily taken the store credit, but I don’t believe in the quality/fit of their products based on Thai experience. I was happy with their customers service. Wish they were willing to give full refunds.”

“When I purchased from here I didn't take the time to read the return policy. Most places allow you to return merchandise, esp when you have not even opened the package. We no longer needed the items that were ordered. All I did was open the box to put the return slip in. Now all I can do is get store credit. I don't personally like this. I won't purchase from here again.”

“I do not like the no refund policy, online clothing purchases are difficult and pictures do not help me know how something will look or feel on me. However, because they have the cute clothing they do, I knew I would have no problem finding something else with my store credit. Their shipping was quick and their customer service was responsive and friendly.”
