“I have ordered one thing from this website and I was not happy with it. It was the poppin bottles dress. For the cost of the dress I was very disappointed with it. The hemline was uneven on the bottom and at the end of the sleeves. There were runs in the fabric and a few sequins were falling off. I could have returned it, but honestly the store credit for the return was not worth it. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this website again.”

“I called 3 times to get a manager to call me back about giving me some refund on shipping. I did overnight shipping which was high but didn’t get my items in time. One lady (not a manager) said it will take weeks. Well the shipping never stopped me from ordering it over night. It never promoted me this was not an option. No one ever fixed this. Poor customer service.”

Have tried to reach out to the company, but nobody answers when I call, I have left several messages and send many emails with no response from anyone. “My wedding rehearsal dress was sent in a cheap bag and crumpled up.. tassels and sequins were all tangled and disordered.. if your going to charge that much for clothes, especially that dress maybe try better quality and better packaging. Sorry for being snippy but weddings are stressful enough especially being as it was Sept. Of 2020. I also had to contact yall to get my dress because if was taking so long to get to me.. I literally got it last minute, scared me to death.”
