“Worst purchase I’ve ever made. It took over a month to even ship the item. There is no mention online of WEEKS delay. They advertise holiday content but neglect to tell you that it likely won’t arrive until the holiday passes. So glad i changed my mind on that Christmas shirt that i almost bought. When the item (hat) FINALLY arrived, it’s small enough to fit a small child at best! Not to mention the crease in the brim of the hat. Waste of time & money! Went straight into the trash. This was my first and last purchase. Next time I’ll order from Amazon.”

“Literally the worst turn around time I have ever experienced with a retailer-small or large. I’ve had packages from China arrive faster. Customer service ignore my emails after my first message. It took 5 weeks to receive my 1 item. And mind you the item was extremely poor quality, I had to open a claim with PayPal to get them to send out my purchase. I love how getting PayPal finally got them to send my item, extremely poor shipping/handling time frame and customer service. Business big or small, definitely the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. Being a smaller business of sorts you’d expect better customer care and service, I’ll never recommend this company due to the quality of my item and more importantly the time it took to get it. Extremely disappointed and you’ll never receive a purchase from me again. I’m one to support growing businesses when handled/operated correctly.”

“I placed an order on 12/17, did not hear anything from them. No confirmation number, nothing. 3 weeks go by, still nothing. So I reached out to them, they said it was on the floor getting ready to ship and I would get a confirmation number that day. I didn't. I reached kit the next 3 days in a row, no response. Finally on the 4th day I got a confirmation number. I placed the order on 12/17, finally got it on 01/12. Almost a full month.”
