“I read many reviews after I purchased something and was very worried that I may not receive my order when expected. My package shipped exactly 7 business days from the day I ordered and arrived in time for Christmas. Unfortunately I received 2 different boots a regular calf and a wide calf. I contacted customer service the day I received them and received a quick response via Facebook messenger that they would contact their distribution center and send me a shipping confirmation. I figured they would want me to ship the item back first or wait to hear from them to send me the correct boot I needed. NOPE...today an entire new matching pair showed up at my door. I am very happy with the look, price and quality of the boots and the customer service was great. Thank you ladies, made my moms Christmas!!!”

“I ordered boots on 12/6 they were shipped out on 12/16? I still have not received them. I have reached out to Southern Fried Chicks and to FedEx days ago and still have not received anything back on the tracking…what happened…needless to say at this time I am unable to leave any good response…🙁”

“I could not be more disappointed with this order or the buying experience. Not only did I receive my order a week later than expected and totally miss the occasion that it was ordered for , but the quality of my purchase is also not what I expected. I can see excess glue around the base of the boots and they did not even come in a box. The were folded and stuffed in a bag for shipping. I feel like I could have found the equivalent of the product I received at the local Walmart or other department store. 😔”
