“I received two wrong size boots and I’ve contacted Southern Fried Chics multiple times via chat, phone/voicemail and email, to which I have received no assistance. Customer service is terrible. I love the boots but can’t wear two different sizes, I’ve requested the right size and no help. I don’t know how to fix my issue other than to dispute my payment charge.”

“Beautiful! Glad I knew to order a bigger size because it did run small (2 sizes). Delivery was slow maybe because of the holidays, airline troubles. Took 30 days to get it.”

“I ordered two sling bags and received 1 on December 23. I have called 3 times and emailed 3 times with no response as of December 31. I would love to either get the second bag or a refund, but there is nobody to answer or respond. This is horrible customer service!”
