“The dress I ordered was a totally different color then what is shown on the website, I’m assuming it’s due to a filter. The dress looked to be an off white with a light gold overlay with some sparkle, what I got was a totally gold dress. I contacted customer service and I could not return it and get a refund or get store credit even though I only tried it on once. I was hoping to wear this dress to my college graduation and now I must search around for a replacement dress even though I was in love with this dress online.”

“Fell in love with the dress online, so i ordered immediately. i received the dress in a timely manner, and packaging was as expected. tried the dress on and it was EXTREMELY long. it also puffs out below the boobs due to the amount of lace bunched up there. i look 3 months pregnant wearing it, and cannot return or exchange for a smaller size because it was on sale🙃”

“This dress is gorgeous on. The only reason I'm putting two stars is for the fact that the description did not tell you the length of the dress. This dress is about 8 inches too long for me. I am 5 foot 5 inches. Now, I have to return it or choose to spend even more money to get the dress altered.”

I immediately called and spoke with a representative where she had me take a picture and email it in. They quickly responded that they would be sending me a new dress free of charge.
