“Not too long ago, I would have rated them a 5 as I am a repeat customer & love their products. However, the description for my most recent purchase was inaccurate as the boots do not fit true to size. I have purchased 3 other pair of boots previously in the same size & these are much smaller & do not fit. Despite the inaccuracy, they have refused to make it right & allow me to exchange them for a larger size. What a waste of money!”
