“Their complaint staff are not professional. They are disrespectful because they do not know how to calculate U.S. time difference to email you during business hours. They wake you up at 2am with an email to disturb you. They start acting like the advertisers instead of being impartial because the other parties pay to advertise. They don’t make sure the complaints are rectified before the advertisers can post another ad. They really don’t care about you needs or boundaries.”
“They suspended my account in the middle of negotiations with a renter I contacted I guess because they were not making money off me. I noticed the week before they were pu$hing verifications. The renters I had contact with had no idea where the second month rent money would be coming from once they got moved in. Too many flakes to pursue this.”
