Do not order anything from sparesbox_auto from ebay as you will not receive it, be ignored and not get a refund.

I enquired about a full set of O2 sensors in my 2006 pajero, I already had the part numbers and confirmed them with the OEM website. There is no phone number listed on the website, the only option is to log an email ticket. I logged an email twice in 3 days and still took over a day after the second email to reply back BUT when they did they had the nerve to ask for information about my vehicle that I have already supplied in the ticket, ie: make, model, year, series, engine size, fuel and transmission, INCLUDING EXACT PART NUMBERS. I SUPPLIED ALL THIS INFO Disgusting service, the YouTube folk need to stop plugging this careless and utterly useless company.

Very poor deceitful service. Offers 6 day despatch then after paying changes to 12 days. Selling gear they dont stock!

they dont answer email enquiries , should not bother selling online if they wont answer emails about their products , they don't seem to care at all . i wanted to buy something but got no response at all .

Very poor service waiting on an order from July. They use Couriers Please, good luck if you’re waiting, you’re going to need it because you can’t call either one of them and unless you’re prepared to keep messaging endlessly you just keep going around in circles. Response times are appalling and fail to address the issue. It’s a farce and a disgrace that they can treat customers like this.

Never again! Took my money within a couple of hours. Parts still not arrived after 3 weeks. Sent a tracking number that doesn't register with Aust post. Repeated attempts to cancel order and request refund gets you nowhere. DO NO PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. best way to make them pick their act up!

Waited 6 weeks for a set of brake pads. Delivery was quoted as up to 1 week. I contacted them via their automatic webmail a there's no phone number and it would take a fortnight for a reply only to tell me it's on its way but upon checking the tracking number they hadn't even picked the parts yet. Liars!! My car was off the road for 4 weeks as i didnt go elsewhere due to the fact they were always "on thier way"!! Ill never buy anything from this company again!!

These guys are pathetic. Ordered parts over 2 months ago and don't hear back until you contact them. First they blamed the warehouse and they they blame it on high demand. Sparesbox obviously drop ship and don't carry stock. Never again

Purchased from Sparesbox nearly 2 months ago and am still awaiting delivery. Not only that but they do not send any updates until I contact them several times asking what is going on. The series of stories that I have received range from it being shipped shortly, to it being held up somewhere, to technology issues, to order processing backlog and then just back to them being unable to determine what the status is with the order The reality is that they are hopeless and appear to have no idea what is happening within their own company. Instead they just spin story after story that add up to nothing. Avoid Sparesbox at all costs.

I ordered a part from Sparesbox over eBay that didn`t fit the advertised purpose. When I asked that Sparesbox pay for its return shipping and refund me all my money in accordance with their Refunds Policy, I was simply fobbed off and told I have to pay for the return shipping myself and that they would only refund me the cost of their wrongly advertised part. WTF, my return shipping will nearly cost me the same as their wrong part. Don`t buy from this company, they won`t honour the Free Shipping under their Refunds Policy, so their Refunds Policy isn`t worth the paper it`s written on and don`t care about their customers. This matter is still in dispute at the time of writting.

Simple order of Two new brake rotors! My car was off the road for TWO MONTHS waiting for the parts!!!! No emails, no customer service, no live chat, nobody answering phones!1 WARNING!! AVOID

4 weeks since order was placed via ebay and item has not been shipped. All expected dates for shipping and arrival shown on the order have long been exceeded. After chasing up with support to find the item wasn't in stock, I was given a latest expected shipping date which has now also passed. Chased up again to receive "Item still not in stock and no update"

Paid for 4 day delivery, 3 weeks later still nothing. Customer service don’t respond to emails. Don’t use or be prepared for a long wait

If I could give 0 star review I would, ordered items 6 weeks ago and they had no stock, site did not indicate this at time of order. Tried to use their contact number (recorded message stating Covid as phone service non operational) sent contact form, took nearly a week to get a response, non the wiser as to the issue only that expected stock date (now past due on writing the review) used online chat window on Facebook trying to find out what the issue is took another couple of days to get back with no real form of explanation

Folks, Sparebox is owned by GPC Asia Pacfic Pty Ltd. which is owned by Sn American parent. GPC also own Repco and NAPA. If you get no joy our of Sparesbox, email GPC head office. They will soon attend to your complaint. Sparesbox is not the same business as when it was a start up. Customer service was great. I am using PayPal to try and get a refund on parts not supplied in an order. Good luck DIY mechanics. I am now using ROLAN for online parts. Customer service is five stars with follow up that you are happy with your order.

Worst Australian company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with . I WAS LIED TO ABOUT THE PRODUCT, ON MORE THAT ONE OCCASION . DELIVERY WAS WELL OVER 30 DAYS . WHEN I WAS TOLD 5 DAYS. ALL IN ALL THE WORST WASTE OF TIME .
