As mentioned numerous times below - AVOID unless you're happy to be messed around and fobbed off with BS excuses. Ordered brake rotors beginning of March, after payment was taken advised 16-32 day wait for dispatch, heard nothing so chased up Sparesbox for an update, told me that due to the "Global Crisis" there was a further delay and ETA of 23rd April, no update followed up with Sparesbox again on 26th April, advised a further delay and ETA now 10-14th May. Thing is, I contacted DBA to see why there was such a hold up with their brakes as other online suppliers were quoting 7-10 days as special order. DBA confirmed 7-10 days turnaround and they had the raw material in stock. Sparesbox refused to answer my question when I directly asked if they had even placed the order with DBA, just got the template "Global Crisis" excuse. Chased Sparesbox again on 18th May and was advised they will be dispatched from the warehouse within 1 business day. Well.... Guess what, 25th May today and no update, emailed them again and was told my order has experienced an unexpected delay Global Crisis to blame again. I then called DBA again to ask if Sparesbox actually deal directly with them as this all seemed like too much BS, they apparently do. Again confirmed that the necessary blanks were in stock and can be made to order. Went back to Sparesbox who basically said they cannot provide an ETA as they dont know what will be shipped from DBA and offered the option to wait or a refund. I have reluctantly chosen to wait as DBA confirmed that the rotors I ordered were to be on a shipment to Sparesbox today - I order with Sparesbox in March, they order from DBA in May.

I received a faulty tail light and blinker assembly. Then said that I must send it back before I can get a new item. I am just meant to not drive around for weeks without a tail light and left side blinker. Not happy at all and would not recommend this sparesbox to anyone. I would give a zero if I could.

Same complaints as others on review sites.. was emailed 3 to 4 days from payment, then a week, then another week, went from 9th March to 17th March to 22nd March got products on 26th March

ordered online,6 weeks later,nothing still. filled Paypal chargeback after ringing company who said would get back to me but never did. Not worth the hassle

Not even worth the 1 star but had to leave something. Like playing roulette. Sometimes they send the product and sometimes they don't. It was in stock as well, according to them. Tried to buy a water temp gauge. Paid the money then the chase game was on. Excuse after excuse and always given a different date of shipping. Got my refund but was a frustrating experience.

List parts in stock for sale and allows customer to proceed through checkout/purchase, then emails close to a week later saying no stock available. Terrible.

Very competitive prices, delivery to Central NSW very prompt with tracking and great customer service when one of the parcels was damaged by courier/post. No fault of Sparesbox but excellent response and outcome.

They delay more than 6 days to dispatch something that had the narrive in 2 days.I have sent several emails and even I chat with them and just offered me to send it express. Terrible.

Advertised item was not in stock. Excuses for failing to dispatch. Total waste of time. Will never Purchase from this Company again.

todays way of doing things sell items you dont have any stock.....then drag out the process of refunds or just dont respond and when they have stock send it 3 months later eventually it will happen to you

Your customer service and delivery system are second to none. Ebay and many others need to try and match your performance. My advice to others will be to try Spares box directly before going to Ebay and all other "Stuff around" sellers. Great job, well done.

26 June 2020 Ordered Momo Mod 7 steering wheel based on in stock status and expected delivery time 6 days as stated. 1 July 2020 no update on shipping so enquire referencing business days shipping confirmed in order/receipt email. Support email back stating delay due to covid support will investigate and reply. 3 July 2020 Nothing back from support so emailed the following. Still no reply on actual update? Please confirm that you actually have the item in stock please? If not in stock please immediately cancel order and refund to PayPal. Kind regards 14 July 2020 No reply, notification of item actually stocked or refund to PayPal. So sent the following. Hi If I am not replied to with in 2 days, the order cancelled and refunded I will be actioning a PayPal dispute. I will also accurately review this experience with all times and dates on multiple review sites. There is no excuse for lack of communication around this issue... It appears they are taking peoples money for stock they do not actually have...??? SPARESBOX get your act together and start being professional... Anyone that reads this, I would suggest to not reward poor or non existent service or risk going through the drama...

This is the second time in the past year I have placed an order with Sparesbox and after 1 week I have had to follow up as to why I have not received the parts. It would seem they don't stock the parts and relying on wholesalers to stock for them. First time they replied to state "after 1 week" sorry the part is not in stock and needs to be ordered in from the USA. now still waiting for a reply for products i ordered over 1 week ago, cant get them on the phone, dont reply to contact on their website and have to wait 20min for online chat now. wont shop ever again.

Shipment to ages for basic falcon parts because hey there such a rare car lol , rather poor initial customer service but improved when thru to a supervisor , delivery split over two days which was annoying . Don't recommend if your in a hurry for parts
