“Ordered some items that, according to the website, were in stock on 11/04/22. The website indicated delivery timeframe of 16 days.
16 working days came and gone, the order was still stuck on waiting to be fulfilled.
No support phone number “due to covid”… come on, it’s time to move on from that excuse…. It’s been 1.5 years….
Email support was slow to respond. Finally on 10/05/22, the shipping information was raised with Australia post after I followed up with them twice. I also queried about my experience, which is inconsistent with my past dealings with them. They avoided the question.
It’s now 14/05/22, still haven’t received the items. Australia post has notified of congestion in their network and delay of another week. (Technically not Sparesbox’s fault, but they chose Austpost as their delivery partner, they can wear the associate impact on customer experience)
I would not buy from them again and I suggest you seriously reconsider shopping with them.”

Their website is very appealing and that's part of the catch to give the appearance that they have just about absolutely everything available so people don't have to look elsewhere. I ended being refunded by PayPal over a K&N Air Filter for a Toyota Hiace 2.7 Petrol as I tried calling and so conveniently you can't due to the Corona Virus, there is no physical address nor is there a structured email system where you can write a review as it's only set up for your particular enquiry and you get a notification that it's been received.
That's a Joke as being an Auotparts supplier most parts should be on priority delivery as car's are meant to be kept running not sitting waiting for parts.
This Team belong to the same cooperation that OWN Repco except they're just a middle man that have NOTHING of their own, that's how they make their profit.
Since Repco is owned by the same entity you may aswell go there except they encourage you to contact Team Spares box as that's part of the catch along with their name as it's been Spares boxes and it's supposed to be Called Sparesbox so someone changing their trading name frequently is a cause for concern.
The line that you will expect to hear is "Due to Covid" if that's the number one Line that is going to be used then why not disclose that on the website and be truthful not allow to people to make purchases then hoping they Forget.
They have a Workshop in St Peter's and this is for their own cars and they certainly are impressive rare vehicles you don't see everyday, wonder why Covid doesn't stop a workshop team operating but a call centre can't as they don't feel safe.
Avoid at all costs and if you get to check their Instagram page out have a look at their impressive cars that belong to them.
Your better off with Super Cheap Auto at least you will get your what you want.

Bad from the moment I placed an order. Credit card charged twice for one order.
Then wouldn’t release original order until I emailed them a transaction code off my bank statement.
A week later and no order and they state 3-6 days delivery.
Finally despatched after 9 days and tracking number provided doesn’t work. Contacted them again (4th time) and was given BS excuses and you contact them after 15days if not received to sort things out. Meanwhile I have my vehicle out of use. Two weeks and still no parts.

“So glad I read the reviews first. I will not buy from sparebox. I was going to get an air compressor and was just about to buy it when I thought I better read the reviews about this place first. After reading all the reviews I would rather pay $100 more and buy local than to be stuffed around for weeks not knowing if it will arrive and refunds can take 30days after they agree to refund. I just went through this with Crazy Sales [ DO NOT BUY FROM THERE EITHER] waited 8 weeks with no item and then had to fight for a refund. I will do my shopping somewhere else.
