“Ordered 100 sparklers, selected and paid (£10) for delivery to arrive within 1-2 days. Arrived 3 days after order which was too late for my event. Made multiple attempts to contact company for refund, received no reply. Very poor service”

“Fantastic service. Urgent need for special candle,T found website providing what I required. Made telephone call (3.20pm) to see if it was possible for item to be sent that day 1st class. They said no problem if I went ahead and checked out my basket. True to their word postman delivered at 9am following morning with no extra charge. Impressive, throughly recommend.”

“It was a while ago that we stumbled onto this gem of a team at Sparklers and since then we have worked with them quite a few times now. The collection is wonderful and they always seem to be looking for ways to improve even though it is already great. The best part for us has been their excellent customer service. The team at sparklers have always given us the best advise on what we should use at our functions and events and always been helpful in creating in the right experience for us. If you are looking at creating a wow, I would highly recommend Sparklers.”
