“If I could give 10 stars I would!! First class customer service! My necklace arrived the very next day after I placed the order. Unfortunately there was a defect in the item. I phoned customer service and they were so helpful. Sent me out a replacement which arrived the next morning. They also sent me a prepaid envelope to send the original necklace back. For the inconvenience they also sent me a cute little pair of earrings. Would definitely recommend Sparkling Jewellery.”

“Great service. Quick delivery, and a real treat of a parcel to open with the lovely packaging and even a chocolate mint ???? I ordered the rose gold 2 coin necklace and it is absolutely gorgeous. I shall be ordering the same in silver Thanks Sparkling Jewellery ????????”

“Always leave presents to the last moment, i've telephone them in a panic and they have always shipped it out quickly. Always arrives on time and looks pretty in a bag with a chocolate. I have bought three now and everyone has been really happy. I love good service, if you have a question they answer the phone straight away.”
