“Love the necklace and the design, was very happy overall. However the chain has quickly changed to silver so now looks a little scruffy this happened expeptionallu quicker, quicker then my top shop jewellery turns.”

“I made my purchase in july last year and wore the necklace and loved it. However it came off and was lost .. I'd only worn it a few times. I did email to ask if you might do anything like maybe offer a stronger better made one at discounted price - I wasn't expecting much as I appreciate I don't have a faulty item to return, but I never got a response at all. I was a bit disssappinted as I loved the necklace and assumed there was nothing you cd offer but no acknowledgment at all.”

“Gift package was damaged and was able to use to give as a present. The coins discoloured very quickly even though it was only worn for a couple of hours in the evening and no perfume or body products were worn. It did look very nice though but too expensive for a necklace that now cannot be born”

“The lady I spoke was so very nice and helpful in choosing the right necklace.And she also upgraded my purchase at no extra cost to me,...so excellent service. And months on it still looks as good as new... although I wear it a lot....I brought the rose gold two sovereign necklace. Its lovely,, and if you choose this you will not be disappointed. “very pleased with the service I recived. The orginal item I received was damaged, however this was soon rectified and I recived my replacement very shortly afterwards. Service was efficent and I would certainly order from you again!! Thankyou”

“Necklace I bought for my girlfriend broke within minutes of wearing it. When I returned the item I received no notification to say they received it or that they were refunding my purchase. Even when I rang them to enquire about this I was met by a lady with an awful attitude. Wouldn't recommend using them.”

I am sorry to hear you experienced problems when returning an item to us. A full review of the way we handled returns was implemented after this issue, and our staff have had full training. Every issue is taken very seriously by the directors at Sparkling Jewellery and actioned so our customers have a first class service.
