“The fluorescent tube I ordered arrived broken. I emailed Sparks straightaway to let them know and a replacement was provided 'no questions asked' and at no extra cost. I am very impressed with this excellent service.”

“Had to chase an order that "slipped through the system ". Wonder how long I would have had to wait if I hadn't. Even then order lead time was pretty poor. Currently doubting whether I'll order from Sparks Warehouse again.”

Thanks for the review, sorry to hear it took a week to arrive, naturally we try to ship everything ASAP, I can see here we shipped 3 days after the order was placed via Royal Mail, some times with Royal Mail it can take a little longer. “Good quality products and easy to use website. My only negative is the lack of updates in relation to despatch dates. I placed three separate orders and had to contact Sparks for all of them. That said, the online chat is very efficient.”
