“Ordered two chrome light switch covers, which never arrived. When I contacted Sparks, they said they had been posted and should arrive, but never did. Poor service”

“Looked around online and on the High Street and found Sparks prices to the most competitive for like for like products so really happy. I purchased a lamp (£35 cheaper than a local store was offering) and was so happy with the quality and service I ordered another 2 table lamps and a standard lamp. Had to wait a while for delivery but my e mail queries were answered quickly and politely so would recommend this company for quality value and service.”

“Rapid delivery of a quality product. Careful not to scratch the metal surface of the switch plate as you do up the screws. Not a design fault just nature of the painted metal.”

“My order of 2A plugs placed on the 10th December never arrived unfortunately I forgot about it until I needed it in January. I rang Sparks when I remembered expecting problems but was very surprised when I was told that's not a problem I will send another box today and apologized for the inconvenience. I will use Sparks again and recommend to others. Thank you for the service Steve Barnett”

“You are selling items which are not available. Waiting for some items for 16 days now and still haven't receive them, causing delays to my job completion/payment and also client satisfaction/feedback ruins my business reputation. Not happy at all :(”
