“I ordered a Knightsbridge HCW hole converter kit. L02W fitting In white as I had a large hole to cover and this fitting did the job also a very good price and about five years ago I got 6 to replace the lights in my kitchen thank you sparks warehouse.”

“I purchased a cooker switch which proved to be faulty but was quickly replaced.However the replacement had the same fault and this is where I began to lose faith.I was promised yet another replacement but of a different design after returning the second replacement.What turned up? An identical switch to the previous two failures not only that I have never been reimbursed for the postage in returning the faulty item.”

“I ordered 2 socket fronts for my granddaughter which were received very quickly. However my granddaughter did not think that they were quite right. The refund was handled promptly and courteously. Thank you for your service and hope to use you again.”

“They did not dispatch my item in 10 days, they did not respond to my email chasing them up and then offered a lame excuse about not receiving the items from the manufacturer. I am still waiting. Fortunately, putting this all down as an unfortunate experience will not be too expensive or painful. However, I shall not be using them again.”
