“it wasn't much that went wrong. The process was carried out, but ended up with the wrong product. The customer touch point started with website and with extraordinary time with delivery meant i gave up in the end...”

“I bought 10 lightbulbs for my lounge and kitchen replacements- the first bulb blew 4 hours later the second blew 24 hours later - both in lounge - tried one in kitchen blew 10 days later - I am now stuck with 7 bulbs that are obviously of no use - very, very unhappy ( especially considering what they cost me) I will never use this company again.”

Hi there, I am sorry to hear this, generally our bulbs last for atleast 2000 hours on halogens, and LED much longer. Please contact our sales team on 01295 568 105 and we will be happy to a) Get to the bottom of why they are blowing B) Replace free of charge if there are faulty

“First time I've used this company. Absurdly first class and prices are amazing after having a new kitchen I needed to replace fuse boxes light switch and cooker switch would gave cost around £80.00 from a shop cost half the price from here. Arrived packaged well and top quality products which are the same as the ones sold in b&q. Definately use again”

“Excellent service, I found you on the internet, but looking at the great prices, I thought it must of been trade only, there was a telephone number, phoned it and ordered everything I wanted there and then, it all arrived next day, and saved myself £80 compared to some other suppliers. 👍”

“I received a 4-way dimmer switch Nexus product which is faulty but the customer service department seems unable to provide me with a return address details. Very poor returns process and very unhappy to be nearly £30 out of pocket.”
