“The bottle was just what my partner wanted. Nice colour. Good size. The screw on container is very handy. But what was most exceptional was the service provided by Luke at the Geelong store. He assisted me numerous times that day. I phoned through about 3 times for help as I could not get through to the Derrimut store by ph. Website ph number was wrong. I obtained the correct number from luke but phone was ringing out. (Message bank needs updating too, says “thanks for calling the point cook store”). Anyway, Luke assisted again checking the Derrimut stock of this exact bottle so I wouldn’t waste a trip. When I got there, unfortunately the bottles in store were a different colour. Wrong items noted in the system. (Frustrating!) but once again… I called luke and he was so empathetic and personally arranged for one to be sent out to me (arrived in 2 business days, complete with a lovely personally written note) and he even stayed on the phone to assist when I was having issues with the online ordering site. Luke is an absolute gem and provided exceptional customer service and turned a really frustrating experience around and into one I won’t forget, but for all the right reasons. Management - look after Luke… staff like that are hard to come by. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.”
