“My first two or three purchases were great I received them quickly without issue. However, my last three orders were left in the on hold status until I called and was told the didn’t have the product I ordered. Had I not called I would have wait 12 to 14 weeks for a drop shipment from Nakona. I questioned what replacement options they had for my order and was told that when they checked they found that they actually had the product I originally ordered. Frustrated with the quality of service and have returned multiple times hoping it was not the standard but at this moment things aren’t looking good.”
