“Ordered a 2020 LXT 33 / 23 bat from them that they showed as being in stock and when they realized they didn’t have the 2020 model in stock they called and asked if I was alright with the 2021 version of the same bat at the price($299.00) of the 2020. The 2021 version is listed at 379.00 on every website but they went the extra mile to make sure they stood behind the price listed for the 2020 model. Just the call was more than most would do and to stand behind the online price was even better. Thumbs up all around.”

I talked to person fairly quick and as we were talking, they mentioned that they were about to call me and tell me the bat was out of stock. Without me prompting them, they offered the 2021 LXT for the same price. I was amazed and pleased with how they handled this. It was shipped the next day and arrived 3 days later.
