We sent SPC Sports and email, and they responded immediately. They are shipping a replacement 2024 bat for the same price to us today so our son will have it by Christmas! It is rare that one experiences exceptional customer service such as this these days. Thank you SPC Sports!”

Order was placed for 2022 youth Meta Louisville Slugger at a great discounted price. Unfortunately I was notified they were out of stock after the order was placed. “I love this store. Staff is knowledgeable. They have anything you need for baseball or softball. I live just over an hour away and will make the trip to buy my equipment here. Not always the cheapest but it goes to local small business that loves the sports! Better than going to a large sporting goods store!”

I tried to return an item (reordered a smaller size) and was ignored for 2 months. After numerous calls and emails, I finally received a refund that had an additional fee tacked for the original free shipping on the item that I returned (on top of the return shipping and the restocking fee). This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the store policies.
When I asked customer service what the additional fee was for and why it wasn't listed in the store policies, I was accused of violating the store's 30 day return policy, which was just not true (and also didn't explain why they're not being up-front with their customers about return fees).
I tried to go out of my way to support an independent business, but I won't be buying from SPCsports again after this experience.”
