“I ordered a 2020 LXT bat online because the price was really great. The order was in process for about a day with no change so I called the store. I talked to person fairly quick and as we were talking, they mentioned that they were about to call me and tell me the bat was out of stock. Without me prompting them, they offered the 2021 LXT for the same price. I was amazed and pleased with how they handled this. It was shipped the next day and arrived 3 days later.
