“Your prices are very good. The only issue is your website doesn’t allow you to input different addresses for billing and shipping. I attempted to change it 4 times but each time I tried to change one or the other, they both automatically changed. Ultimately I decided that as long as my purchase was shipped to the person I wanted to have it, the billing address was not important to anyone but you. I also w didn’t get any estimate of a shipping/receiving date .”

“I was nervous about purchasing an expensive bat from a company I had no experience with and then there was an issue with my order. The bat I purchased for my son was no longer in stock when the order was being filled. I was offered the newer, more pricey version of the same product at the same price. The bat arrived just before we left town for a big tournament and my son was thrilled! Because of my positive customer service experience, I will purchase from SPC Sports again.
