“I placed my ordered on Feb 2 and still have not received my item. Spoke to your shipping manager and she said the items I ordered were backordered and they would be dropped shipped from the manufacturer on 3/31/2024. I have yet to receive anything. Your questions on the form below are laughable because I haven't received anything. Not a phone call, email, text...absolutely nothing assuring me that my items will ever be delivered. I'm calling your office tomorrow to cancel if this isn't resolved immediately.”
“Won’t ever order from SPC again. Been 2 weeks since placing order and still don’t have items. I’ve emailed (no response) and called multiple times. Nobody ever answers the shipping line, sales line won’t assist, but if you bypass and press 0 you sometimes get a live body. The two times I did speak with someone I was told they shipped, yet I’ve never received confirmation or tracking. Called back and was told they would send out tracking, but never did. Just way too much of a headache.
Oh, items finally arrived and they are the wrong ones. Unreal how bad this place is.”
“customer service is awful. ordered a glove, status went from processing to on hold and no one contacted me or returned my call or my email. finally reached a person that put me on hold for over 10 minutes to come back to say they don't have the glove, that mind you was still listed on the website as IN STOCK. will never deal with this company again. oh and I tried to use their live chat, which apparently isn't monitored at all. very poor service”
“Wish I could give a zero star. Sent numerous emails and left several voicemails. I guess no one is working at SPC Sports anymore. Purchased the bat and the charge was charged immediately to my card, but no one will respond if the bat is going to be shipped or not. We are needing the bat due to our other one cracking now we don't know if we will receive it or not.”
“I received the correct item but it was the wrong size. Sent an email with no response from the company. Called them and was told someone would call me back the next day. No call received. Called back again and spoke with Erica. She said she would ship the correct item out that day and send me the tracking number and also email me a return shipping label for the incorrect item. I haven't received either. I've since called several times and left messages but they won't answer or return calls. I would avoid using this company.”

I tried to return an item (reordered a smaller size) and was ignored for 2 months. After numerous calls and emails, I finally received a refund that had an additional fee tacked for the original free shipping on the item that I returned (on top of the return shipping and the restocking fee). This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the store policies.
When I asked customer service what the additional fee was for and why it wasn't listed in the store policies, I was accused of violating the store's 30 day return policy, which was just not true (and also didn't explain why they're not being up-front with their customers about return fees).
I tried to go out of my way to support an independent business, but I won't be buying from SPCsports again after this experience.”
“I placed an order for a softball paid and paid for it. After waiting a couple of weeks i received a bill to pay custom charges of €36.00 which I paid. When I collected a box from the postal service today all I found were a couple of sticks, absolutely unacceptable”
“October 2021 - Ordered a bat for my son. Website showed it was in stock. Placed the order, quickly got a tracking number notification and other e-mails. Days passed, item never shipped. Finally called them today. Was told the "oversold" the bat for the number they had in stock. Claimed they sent me an e-mail about it (didn't receive but I got all their others). Offered to put me "at the top of the list" when they get them in (could not provide any timeframe) or a refund which I accepted. Refund arrived quickly.
What is dishonest about their operation is I jumped onto their website just after I hung up and guess what, the website still shows the bat to be "in stock". So, my takeaway is they want to make the sale while willingly misleading on the status of the stock and then hope you agree to let them keep your payment until they get it back in.
This is an in-demand bat, I get it. Was surprised to see them still have it in stock actually. But JustBats and other online retailers are honest about the status and offer e-mail notifications when the stock returns. This is shady shady shady in my book and will prevent me from doing business here again.
My advice if you do decide to purchase here...call and make sure they have the item. Also, why don't they hold off on charging the account until they actually have the item...front loading payment for something you have no timeline on receiving is not how retail sales should roll...especially when you have no timeline on being able to fulfill an order.”
