“This was my first purchase with SPC. Tried calling customer service before making the purchase who was nice but the rep just deferred all my questions to management. I still had the questions but just took a shot and ordered and got an update pretty quick saying the item shipped so I’m very happy with that.”
“Your prices are very good. The only issue is your website doesn’t allow you to input different addresses for billing and shipping. I attempted to change it 4 times but each time I tried to change one or the other, they both automatically changed. Ultimately I decided that as long as my purchase was shipped to the person I wanted to have it, the billing address was not important to anyone but you. I also w didn’t get any estimate of a shipping/receiving date .”

“Ordered a new bat on Saturday 02/18/2023. Normally when you order something online you get some kind of notice confirming the order. This made me think something went wrong. Did not get anything confirming the order until Monday 02/20/2023. To me, it would make the customer feel better if they got something right away. Have ordered many things and that is what normally happens. Below asking about being delivered only thing delivered was an email. This survey was sent out way before it should have been. Cannot answer any other question at this time.”
