We have been working with you on the slow First Class Mail delivery. Your statement that you have not received a response from us is simply not true. Update: Hello, The USPS First Class mail was extremely slow in this case but it was finally delivered on 4/22/23. See delivery confirmation# 9400111206214182009865. Sorry again for the problem but unfortunately we have to rely on delivery services such as the USPS to get the item to you.
