“I've worn glasses for over 20 years and decided to give contacts a try, I attended the Bishop Auckland branch on Moday June 24th and was placed in the very capable care of Joan, to took her time, had planty of patience, answered all my questions and explained everything in needed to know to me. Nothing was an issue and she guided me with a very calming voice on how to apply and remove the contacts, it took me a few attempts, but Joan was an absolute superstar and her guidance and encouragement enabled me to quickly get to grips with a totally new task to me. I left the store feeling like the game had changed for me and I wished I'd taken the plunge years ago. If I could award 11/10, I would. Thank you to Joan and all the staff.”
