“Arrived early Monday 20th May. I was greeted and asked to go upstairs for my eye appointment. Was greeted again. A very nice young man called Ben did the pre checks.Then a lovely lady called Tahira did my eye test explaining everything as she went along. Ben then accompanied me back downstairs to look at frames. Another lovely lady called Cath who I saw last time I had my glasses helped me choose some frames.

Dr. Ahmad and his staff were friendly and professional, and they were very helpful in getting me started toward my much needed cataract surgery. “We heard about the home eye test facility, and called to confirm this was a service that may be available to my partner.
An appointment was made, but we were offered the slot of a cancellation, meaning his eye test was carried out within two days!
The test was exactly as you’d expect in store, thorough, and informative regarding his prescription needs, then followed up with a colleague to the option, who brought a huge range of frame choices, and advised my partner accordingly.
We’re waiting for his new glasses to arrive, when he’ll be fitted with his new specs to make any possible comfort adjustments.
