“I bent the frame on my glasses and took them into Liverpool Allerton Road Branch to see if they could repair them. The lady couldnt have been more helpful and took about 20 minutes to fix them. When I asked what the charge was she said no charge. Although they do have a charity which I have donated to. What a wonderful service”

“A while ago had problems with my eyes, went to Specsavers torrevieja and they sent me straight to the hospital with a letter and I got saw immediately. I have since bought glasses that in my clumsiness I broke one of the arms off. They have replaced it for me. Because of their rapidness sending me straight to hospital I was able to put right which was a potential problem.i have nothing but praise for the service and staff and would DEFINETLY recommend them.”
