Refund - Difficult

If I could give it no stars I would! Terrible service poor range of spectacles when I did get spectacles they did not fit properly and lenses were misaligned and then I am told I cannot get a refund unless a manager is in the store. I have been waiting for a refund now for 3 months. Do not use this store!

Prescribed distance glasses could not see out of my new glasses,so went somewhere else.Terrible service and would not offer me another eye test and i kept saying the glasses were not right.had no choice but to go somewhere else and I'm so glad I did.They didn't want to refund me I had to keep asking for my money back.wont be going to Specsavers again

Spoke to Tom today and explained I’d had a second opinion and that I didn’t need glasses, all of a sudden I can have a full refund once I take the glasses in.

Bromley High St. Paid £508.00 for glasses they broke while making them didn’t tell me told me they were ready. Went to the shop to be told they will be two more weeks ask for refund and basically said no chance.Ive been on the phone for four days spoke to 2 million people and no further just want your money.

Oh my goodness! Avoid Specsavers at all costs. 2 members of my family have had to return glasses for full refund owing to poor testing and an incorrect prescription. Extremely amateur, unskilled optometrists who clearly make errors. Try Boots, totally different experience.

Specsavers are wriggling and indicating my eyes might have improved since my visit to them - miracle? I don't think so, they just will not apologise and offer refund so I am seeing solicitor as I am angry they get away with this (having read these posts) over and over again.

5 Visits to sort some reading glasses which each time left to wait over 1 hour kept getting some fob off go home your eyes get used to the lenses refused refund or partial refund for al lthe time I have taked from work no one kinows what they are doing in this store Appalling Appalling service you deffinatley lean a lesson going in hers which is Avoid .

When glasses arrived they had faulty lenses and had to be sent back to be reglazed, which took over a month! after over 3 months of hassle I asked for a full refund.
